SPIKE distance : synchrony measure of spiking neurons¶

I wrote a Python script for computing the SPIKE distance of Kreuz(2012). The script is under a BSD licence, feel free to use it! The script is kreuz_spike_distance.py.

Running the script trigger two tests for the bivariate (two spike trains) and multivariate measures (multiple spike trains) which correspond to Fig.2 of the Scholarpedia article on the SPIKE distance.
